It is always good if you can provide as much as possible of the input. But don't worry, we can create scrip ourselves, as we have professional director.
How long does it take to deliver the final content?
It depend on project's complexity, but regular term is 2-3 weeks from receiving the product.
I want to ship the product from US, UK, EU or China. And you are located in Ukraine. How smooth is the delivery, how long does usually take and which currier is better to use?
Nowadays, by our practice, DHL works smoothly to Ukraine. However, you can also ship the products to our address in France and we will handle the delivery from there to Ukraine by ourselves. This is up to you. Usually delivery to Ukraine doesn't take more than 2 weeks.
What if we need any corrections to be made in the provided materials, are you willing to do that?
Yes, we are open to provide corrections in texts. designs, retouch. However all general details should be agreed before the shoot, because usually we are not re-doing the shoots. So when the shooting is executed, meaning the client confirmed all the briefings and information.
